Here are some key points to note:
1. Availability: Support is available Monday through Sunday. Please allow up to 24 hours for a response.
2. Scope: This support is for quick questions or clarifications related to your dance journey. For more in-depth discussions, please book a coaching session.
3. Communication: Please keep all communication respectful and professional.
4. Privacy: All communication is confidential. Avoid sharing sensitive personal information via email.
5. Limitations: There is a limit of 3 client-initiated email interactions between each coaching session.
**Satisfaction Guarantee: Your Dance Journey, Risk Protection
We believe in the power of our dance coaching sessions and we want you to experience them without any reservations. That's why we're offering a Satisfaction Guarantee for our 4-session and 8-session packages and your first month as subscription member.
If after your first session, you feel that our coaching is not the right fit for you, you can request a refund for the remaining unattended sessions or subscription value. This means that the first session is paid for, but you won't have to pay for any sessions that you haven't attended if you decide not to continue.
We want you to feel confident in your decision to embark on this dance journey with us.
To request a refund, simply contact us within 48 hours after your first coaching session. Our team will process your refund.
